Refund & Return Policy

At COSLUX INC., customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.

  • All returned items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Customers must use a shipping method with tracking information when returning or exchanging items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items are non-refundable.

  • Damage or loss caused by customers is non-refundable.

General Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Email us at [email protected] with photos/videos of the item and your order number. Our customer service team will assess the eligibility of your return within 3 business days.

  2. Ship the Item Back: If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. (Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.) We recommend using a tracked and signed shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

  3. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and either issue a refund or send a replacement.

Return Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product), we will provide a full refund including shipping.

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer will cover the return shipping cost.

  • No restocking fees will be applied.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
